You can call CS and have texting blocked for that line.
Keep in mind that iMessages ARE NOT texts, but messages sent thru Apple's iMessage system. They do not register as texts and would not be blocked by doing this. You would have to turn off iMessge from within the phone's settings and deregister the phone number from Apple's iMessage system. If you simply turn iMessage back on in the phone's settings, this would start iMessages again.
