Has anyone had an iPhone replaced through the Asurion insurance program?

I'm trying to find out more details about the claim that you will receive a replace "as soon as next business day". Has anyone done this? Does that mean the next day after submitting the claim, or next day after they receive your broken phone? And "as soon as" is troubling, is that typical or does it take longer usually?
