I need to file a complaint regarding service at an authorized dealer in Hobbs, NM and I would like to speak with a live person. How do I do that? I’m calling 212-395-1000 and I’m just holding.

Keep in mind that Authorized Retailers are independent businesses and Verizon does not have a whole lot of control over them. Aside from Verizon policies, they can have additional policies on top of the Verizon ones.
