Connectivity issues since October


I have the unlimited plan with 2 phones on the plan.  I have never had issues connecting to the internet while roaming, since October I can not connect to the internet unless using home or work wireless.  Any answers? The reason I have kept Verizon and not switches is because I was always able to connect if I can not there are plenty of cheaper plans out there.  Thanks.

We thank you for being a loyal customer, med1311. Of course,  we do not want you to have to look anywhere else for a new service provider. Are you roaming in the US or in a different country?

What is the signal like when you are not able to connect to the internet? We would love to check on this with our troubleshooting steps to make sure you have the best experience possible.
