When I try to enable it I get an error popup that says "Cannont activate LTE Calls: To enable LTE calls on this account contact Verizon"
Is this a common issue? I'm trying to avoid having to go through the phone system process.

That did the trick. Thanks! It seems to be called HD Voice now and you have to go and add it under the Free Products option.
Not very user friendly. The phone even came with a startup sheet that told me exactly how to do this on my phone, but said nothing about having to go through these online menus first. Why this isn't just activated by default I don't know.
