Can I recover deleted e-mails?

I deleted a very important email today by accident.  is there any way to get it back.  it was sent by phone not by email?

Oh no! I have done that one to many times myself. What kind of email do you have on your phone? Is it like a Yahoo or Gmail? If you open up the Mail icon, in the upper left you should be able to tap on "Mailboxes" and it should show "trash" if you tap on that you should be able to see any emails that you might of deleted. Keep us posted.
