i USE MY APPLE TABLET TO LISTEN TO AUDIBLE BOOKS THAT HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE I-PAD, i SEEM TO BEING CHARGED FOR EXTRA DATA FOR USING BLUE TOOTH EVEN THOUGH THE DATA HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE I-PAD.

Do you have cellular data turned off (if you're not wanting to use data from your plan)? If so it's possible that something is running in the background causing data to be used.

Make sure you are listening to the books which have been downloaded and not streaming from the cloud. Someone on these forums had reported even though they had downloaded all of their music to the device, their music app had chosen to stream that SAME music from the cloud instead, using data.
