New iPhone 7 and the apps have been downloading for several hours...what to do?
also when I turn off the wifi it says 3G and not Verizon as typical.
Sorry to hear about slow downloads of your apps, KRIVOS7. We know time is valuable. Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this. Is this a brand new line of service, or are you upgrading a device. If changing devices, have you moved a SIM into your new phone or activated a new one in your My Verizon account?
