I am on board! I am in process of trying to find out how to file a complaint about their unfair billing and customer service. The level of support is unreal, the agents cant even explain the multitude of taxes and surcharges on the bill. They disconnected my call while I was asking for an explanation, they obviously have my phone number, no return call to resume conversation because they DO NOT care about their customers. I have been with Verizon both Fios and Wireless for 10 years, I am disgusted with them, Yes I will also pay the early term fee and go elsewhere due to the manner in which I have been treated. However I still would like to file and official complaint, so any guidance would be appreciated!
