My icons won't jiggle on the new iPhone 6s. I'm trying to set up folders. Help please

@happyobrn: Is the new iPhone listed as your phone on your My Verizon page? You might try changing your phone online and reentering the info for that new phone, especially the SIM card ICCID.

@jaxxmac: you might be pressing too hard on the icons. The new 3D touch makes different strength pushes on the screen do different things. A very light touch might be what you need.

I Haven't checked my Verizon page. I'll do that now.  I've touched lightly and hard. Still no jiggle
