I have 7 Verizon lines. 6 of them iphones. Problems on all phones started at same time.
Bars: Normally had 3-4 bars at all times in my local Houston Area. Now, 1-2 bars on average
Network: Constantly switching form LTE to 3G to 1x with icon constantly spinning next to the LTE display.
Performance: Callers cannot here me, dropped calls, missed calls
Data: Poor performance, sometimes I go for hours before getting emails that I should have already received
Wi-Fi: im not sure how to comment on this since all seems related
Earphones: volume control not working on headphones, then one day started working
USB cord for Music output: My car did not recognize device one day ("device not supported"), then started working again when headphones control started working.
I am about to cancel all 7 lines. I pay way too much money for this poor service. I don't buy the "Call Apple" line. My service is with Verizon using a Verizon certified device.
Need someone on Verizon side to be truthful on what is happening???????
