A little over a year ago, my android phone doesn't properly or completely connect with my Bluetooth of my car. I receive a message "No Phonebook Entry".
I have recently upgraded to the Samsung S4 and still, the very same message.
Ordinarily, as I receive phone calls, because of no phone book, I only see the phone number calling me, just recently, about two days ago, I have received a couple of different phone calls to which I have received the name as well (as I used to get when my Phonebook was viewable by my Bluetooth.
Does anyone have any clue as to what happened and have you any remedy other than the usual stuff like rebooting the phone or Bluetooth? I have already done this many of times. As for Verizon Wireless, they are useless as well as the auto maker. By the way, the auto is a 2012 KIA Optima.
