why is there only one choice of a verizon plan to upgrade to now? what if you don't like the edge plan?

I do not understand why Verizon only has one choice in plans now? Does everyone have the Edge now? How do you like it?

You don't have to get Edge. You might only be offered Edge if you're upgrade is at a later date.

When you search on line that is the only plan there is. My upgrade was available in July...

Something must be wrong on your end. They will never take away subsidies. They can't force Edge only because not everybody is eligible.

This is odd, we have different plans to fit your needs. Use this tool http://vz.to/1jCsIQS to find the right plan for you. Then, browse our More Everything plans here . If you're referring to upgrades, there's Edge http://vz.to/1mYDhk7 but discounted pricing with a 2-year agreement is available still. All upgrades are every 24 months.

There are three options for purchasing a new phone from Verizon Wireless. 1. The subsidized two year contract price. 2. The Edge payment option to spread the full retail price of the phone over 24 months. 3. Full retail price paid outright. Depending on your current contract obligation, you might be limited in which of those three options are available to you.
