i accidentally locked android lg lucid by hitting sim card lock in settings and asking for puk 8 digit code and ive looked all over this site for answer to where i find my puk information and im getting really irritated, can someone please help asa

http://www.verizonwireless.com in My Verizon you log on or register your phone account. Then you can find that link under the phone details for that line.

Write it down and use it when needed.
