Having trouble accessing Verizon Voice Mail on new Samsung Galaxy S5. I dial *86 for voicemail, then input # for my own voice mail. Then it asks for "your mailbox number," and I have no idea what that is. I have changed my VM password, but that doesn't work. Neither does the last 4 digits of my phone number.
ANYbody help????@

Dial *86 , enter your pin number code for your voice mail and press #. It's that easy.

I'm having the same problem. Nothing works. Entering the pin doesn't work.

Timonthy1178,
Being able to get your voice mail messages is definitely important so I definitely understand your concern. But no worries because I'm here to help.
Did you try the suggestion GalaxyClass provided? Are you still unable to access your voicemail? If so, send me a direct message so I can access the account and further assist.

I am having the same issue. tried dialing every kind of voicemail button and still says cannot find mailbox for my number. I have had this phone almost a year and up until a week ago has been working fine.
