How can I switch my all my photos from my old droid incredible 2 to my new droid ultra?
Plug the Dinc2 into your computer and transfer them over (they should be in the DCIM folder). Then plug your new phone into the computer and transfer them there.
There is no DCIM file when I plug in my incredible.

Did you check both storage spaces? There could be an internal memory and external SD card memory.
