I have a Samsung galaxy s5 and use the Verizon messenger app and am currently out of the country for business and up until a day ago I was able to send texts over WiFi but now it won't let me, and I also can't access Google play store or update any of my aps. What can I do while outside of the country to fix this problem

We certainly want to keep you connected while so far from home, jasons100! Are your other data applications working like web browsing on that same WiFi? Have you tested multiple WiFi networks in that area?
Thank you,

jasons100, thanks for keeping us posted. Let's make sure that this isn't a memory capacity issue. Delete any unwanted applications, text messages, call history, and e-mails. Try updating your applications again and let us know if you still need additional assistance.
