my lg ally did not receive any texts for about 8 hours yesterday (i know i should have because i had several different friends message me, as this has happened before.) i tried taking out the battery while the phone was on, which i found in another forum. when that didnt work i tried just turning on and off my phone. after i took out the battery, i started receiving every message after that but none from earlier in the day. how can i fix this?
There may have been an outage in your area. You can update your roaming capabilities by dialing *228 then selecting option 2 when prompted to make sure your phone is updated. This should help your service as well.
