Is anybody getting a a warning SMS org. D97 warning when they hold down on the failed text message

I use my text messaging every day so I know how important it is to ensure it's working properly Pamela81. What exactly happens when you try to send a text message? When did this start? Are you using a third party messaging app or stock app on your phone? What make and model phone do you have?
