I have not received any Gmail for three days. The weather information is also three days old.
Nothing will 'refresh'.

What to do?
First and foremost close all apps and pull the battery. Then make sure mobile data (background data, if necessary) is on and that software is up to date.
You might also try pulling the SIM card and then reinserting it to refresh the network connection (be sure the phone is powered off when you pull the SIM out).
Start a new topic or ask questions in the open forum.
