IF the new phone came with a new sim, it may already be set up and just needs activating.

brneyedvirgo, I want to make sure we get your device up and running with the new sim card without any issues. I would recommend on reaching out to our wonderful prepaid team by calling 888-294-6804 Select Option 4, 6, and 4 to get to a live agent. They will make sure to take good care of you and get you set up.
