Hello, I have used
the Droid incredible II smart phone for over 2 years...
LOVE LOVE LOVE IT, BUT alas it has just died on me.
My question is:
should I just re-order it, or upgrade?
If I upgrade I would really want to get a phone VERY similiar to it?
I was looking at:

Droid Razor Maxx
Droid Razor M
SamSung Galaxy S3,
Any suggestions???
