I just got a new sim card in the mail and read the instructions on activation.. It has been 3 hours, the phone keeps dialing 22899 over and over, it turns off and starts this whole process over again.. IS THIS NORMAL? Getting frustrated..
I know I have seen my Nexus dial that number on its own a while back. It stopped when it completed the process.
Are you in a good signal area? If not, the signal might be strong enough to complete whatever programming the phone wants to do.
