showing a voicemail - but when i check my voicemail none are there??

I have a razr m.  The voicemail icon is showing at the top of the screen - but i have no voicemails when i check them

I'm sorry your having a voice mail issue. I would be happy to help. Please call your device and leave a test message then call and erase the message from the Droid M. See if this clears the icon.
