I'm trying to send some photos from my droid dna to an email address. It tells me to set up an account, but I have no idea how. Anyone help me out with this, please?!?!?!?!?! Thanks
Well this means you need an email account on your device. Go to the Google Play Store and get the Outlook or Hotmail App from the app store. its free.
After its on your device click the icon and choose your email address of choice like youremailname@outlook.com
or you can download Yahoo Mail and set it up there are many others out there.
When you bought your android phone did you already have a GMail account? If so download the GMail app from the Google Play store.
You may also install these mail programs after you go to the websites http://www.outlook.com or http://www.yahoo.com or http://www.gmail.com
After you sign up at the web portals the downloaded apps are as simple as just logging in with your login name and password for that account.

Remember that there are two native email clients on most Android phones. The gmail account should already be set up (you need a gmail address for things on your phone, like the play store) and has it's own app, which probably was already installed. You should also have a generic email app, which is where you would find all other email addresses (though admittedly is not the best and you may want to install a provider specific app, as suggested above). This app may not necessarily be set up, though, being as it's labeled simply "email", I would imagine is the first one you go to.
As for actually setting up an account, do you already have an email address? If so, you can open up the email app, and enter in your email address and password, and you will be good to go. Alternately, you can (from your homescreen) press menu>setting, scroll down to the accounts & sync heading, and select add account. Then choose from the proper provider, or choose other, and enter in your information.
