Hello tw6989! Customizing the sounds for text notifications is a great way to personalize your phone. In order to set audio notifications for texts, please open your Messaging app> click on the Menu (three vertical dot on screen button) > Choose Settings click on Notifications (Make sure it is on) and select the ringtone you wish to use.

Papojam,
We would love to assist you with assigning a ringtone to your text notifications. What type of device do you have? Have you received audio for text notifications in the past?
