This is the worst phone I have ever been stuck with in my lifetime of cell phones. In the first 3 month I had to have the phone replaced 5 times for the following reasons: battery way to hot, antenna not working, locking up, sim card errors and again battery to hot and shutting phone down. I am still stuck with this phone for another 6 months due to my contract. This phone still gets way to hot. Jumps all over the place when it is just sitting by itself. It locks up constantly. The battery has to be charge 3 times a day even when not being used much. The slide out keypad locks the phone up. Completely shuts down for no reason. The camera also shuts the phone down or locks it up. I am sick of 2 year contracts and no upgrades. If a customer constantly brings a phone in with legit problems they should have the option of trading for a different device. Not suck with it for 2 years. I advise everyone not to purchase this phone you will just be unhappy with it.
