Is there anything that can be done to improve the signal strength and prevent calls from being dropped? I work from home and need my cell phone for business calls. Ever since I bought the Galaxy S3 I have dropped calls all day long. Whether I take call inside or go outside to talk I lose the signal several times a day. Please I can't seem to get any support what so ever and I read that so many others have this same problem but I see no response that provides any help.

Hi sgunther!
I understand the importance of maintaining a reliable connection, especially considering you use your device for business. I would love to help.
In what zip code are you experiencing this problem? Does your device display a 3G or 4G signal when this happens, and how many signal strength bars are you getting when the calls drop?
Let's try removing and reinserting the SIM Card: http://vz.to/1uKJrHI. Keep me posted. Thanks!

Same here once KitKat updated. Can't get beyond 2 bars even when I am sitting 6' from a wifi! Someone at Verizon, PLEASE STEP UP and fix these bar problems. My calls are dropping and crackly to the point I can't even use the phone. No problems whatsoever prior to update.

U_Kidding,
Sorry to see you've been having trouble with the phone communicating. Let's get that working for you the way it should! Since the trouble started around the time of the software update try wiping the Cache Partition: http://vz.to/1z6muAY . Let us know how it is working.
