(I don't know if this is in the right spot or not)
So i had to replace my phone 6 months ago because it randomly stopped working; fast forward 6 months and i am having the same exact issue with the same exact randomness. no i dont want to talk on facebook or twitter because you have not been helpful on either in the past. last time i had this issue, i ended up talking to an executive at verizon and they were quite helpful, and told me to contact them again if i had the same problem in the future......i emailed them again last week, but i didnt get a response. my contract ends in january, so i am wondering is it worth replacing the same phone again for 4 months and having my total of 3 in less than 2 years (when i am not doing anything to cause these issues; it works one day and then doesnt the next), or if i should turn this phone off for 4 months and go buy a prepaid phone to use temporarily (until january). i am tired of this same issue and I am not sure what is going on.
