s3 not charging?

Samsung S3 stopped charging at 49%.  I cleared the cache, and nothing else seems to help.  Battery is 2 months old.  Please help!

First have you tried another working charger to be sure it's not your charger?

I'm sorry for any issues with the charging of your device! I know how important this is. I see that you've already been asked if you've tried a different charger (thanks GalaxyClass) but I also wanted to ask if you are charging with a computer or an outlet? Have you tried a different outlet?
