I just activated a replacement Droid Turbo and my phone contacts and settings downloaded fine.  My photos and my call log however did not download from the cloud.  What can I do?

tdenn, we want to see all your content recovered just as it was on your prior Droid Turbo. Are you able to view your photos online through My Verizon and the cloud service?
