I get this error msg when I attempt to upload my pics to the cloud.  How do I make them accessible?  Thanks for your time answering my question; I REALLY appreciate it!

Dudesickle,

It is important to get those photos backed up. We are happy to help. What make model phone do you have? Have you ever been able to upload the pictures? Have you tried rebooting the phone and try again?
