Thanks cookamatic!
I want you to be able to hear your own conversations! Let's troubleshoot OK? Is the volume better if you're using headphones or the speaker? Have you checked the ear piece and the microphone to make sure there is no dust or debris inside?

We want you to fully enjoy your Droid Turbo cookamatic! Please make sure that all phone's volumes are set to highest level and test. http://vz.to/15nAI5q If issue continues, please stop by a Verizon Wireless store http://bit.ly/3SdsA for a hands on evaluation to ensure the volume is within normal range.

Thank you..I did adjust the phone while listening and put the phone to the far right on my ear. Seems to be better. Not sure why Motorola didn't put the speaker in the middle of the phone

Great! Thanks for the insight. I'm glad to hear that it does seem to be working with you after adjusting the position of the device. Please let us know if any additional questions or concerns arise.
