After visiting not one, but 2 different Verizon stores, wasting over 3 hours, both customer service employees could not help me, and pretty much lied to my face. I own a Droid Razr Maxx HD phone, and received the Kit Kat update over the past weekend. It bricked my phone, which is what I told both Verizon employees at both sites, and yet they still tried to go ahead and do hard resets, etc. and wasted hours of my time. They then said to contact Motorola for help, saying it is their fault for the update. Both employees at the different stores did not agree with me that the updates came from Verizon, and pretty much said there is nothing they can do to help. They didn't even offer to contact Motorola on my behalf, seeing as my phone was bricked and can't even make a phone call. I would have expected better customer service, or at least more courteous service, with the rates we pay for Verizon service.
