If you have insurance, start at Asurion.com or call Verizon.  Or, call the insurance provider you use if not Asurion.  If you do not have insurance, you'll need to buy a new or used Verizon-compatible phone.  You can also use a deactivated older phone or a friend/relative's Verizon phone.
