My boyfriend and I just got a verizon account with a new Razr M phone. We put out yahoo email on them but on mine, there are only basic folders listed. On his, all of his folders both basic and personalized are there. All of my emails are open and not in a folder on my phone, and when I get email, I can not select one and put it in the folder I want it to be in because it doesn't show that I have any folders. Not sure why his has his personalized folders and mine doesn't. They are exactly the same phone. Any ideas?
