When I turn my phone on I see 8 different error downloading messages....
The error retrieving information from server code is RPC: s-7:AEC- IN4D-I7VZ-XGK7C that specific one was for google play books. I have been to the verizon wireless stores and told me to contact you for help or to call a certain number. The phone is not working right. I cannot download or work any apps that are on my phone.
These errors also come up during the days when they are supposed to get updates on apps.

Your patience on this matter is greatly appreciated Jkraats. Just to confirm, is your smartphone the LG Revolution? If so then do you have your contacts and other information backed up to either your Gmail account of Verizon Cloud? The next step is to perform a factory reset. Once this is done, please retest the functions in questions before restoring your info to the device. Here's a link on how to do the factory reset. http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-41381/

This is been happening since May or June of 2015. There are no new updates that are currently listed on my phone. I went into the settings part and tried to update and there are none available.

Jkraatz, I can relate to how challenging error messages can be. Let's keep going.
What make/model device is appearing? What are the other errors appearing? Any patterns?

Hi there Jkraatz,
This is a great question. I wouldn't want to lose any of my pictures from the SD card either! I've been through that one, unfortunately, and it was definitely painful. The good thing is that you can either remove the SD card (Just to be safe) or on some devices, uncheck an option during the reset process that says to include the SD Card. If you don't see that option, I would just remove the card for this process.
