My phone broke

Went to Verizon store

Store sold me a pre paid phone they ensured me could be activated on my account ($50 phone)
Tried to activate on line

Called customer service (waited an hour)

Got disconnected when finally got live response

Called back (waited another hour)

Rep told me phone could not be activated pre-paid service required

$50 dollars and 4 hours later no resolution. Terrible support and service. The store ripped me off and the customer service was terrible.
Next the fight to return the phone.

Better Business Bureau...

These guys have been slacking lately. Used to have better customer service.

Idk man.  I have never really had great experiences with VZW customer support (other then ONE TIME).

Pre-paid device has to be on active on a line for..6 months I believe to be put on post paid account
