last night my phone completely stopped charging. its happened before but it usually starts back after i change chargers or use a different outlet. any suggestions that can help me?

We definitely want to get your phone back up and charging for you! I'm very sad it's not currently. Which make/model device are you using? Are you using the charger that came with the device?
