i was updating the software for the S6 when it said not enough battery power. please repair. has been stuck on downloading on the phone screen and nothing else. been approximately 2 hours now. Any suggestions?
Computer still see's the phone but nothing changes
vjw2112, change energizes us to do better for you! Software updates are sent over the air directly to your device. Are you downloading an update from a website on your computer?
Additionally, we recommend that you connect your device to a wall charger while completing this update.
