i don't know if this is device specific, or if it is account specific, but i have stopped getting MMS messages to my phone, people are getting a "destination address unreachable" for some reason. i am getting frustrated. please help.
We're here to help your phone receive MMS messages! Griff142, what phone make/model do you currently use? Do you also receive the same error if you try sending yourself both a text message, and a picture message, from your own phone? (Make sure WiFi is turned off if it is on to test this.)
Just in case, please try turning off your phone and removing the battery if it is removable, for about 15 seconds. Then power it back on. Let us know the results!
