i did a factory reset on a droid charge, and now i have no network service , how can i fix this?

my droid charge locked in airplane mode,so i factory reset it, now when i try to get it working again, there is no service.

Try removing the SIM card, turn phone off, then reinserting it and powering the phone back on.
