My phone went off in my pocket today and I looked at it and it had a locked error code that came up I just downloaded the the lollipop upgrade I went online and did exactly what they said and now the phone won't even turn on what do I do?

Software updates are intended to provide customers a better wireless experience, not worse.  I'm terribly sorry that this hasn't been your experience.  I would love to assist.
