I was playing with my phone the other day and somehow I turned my own caller ID off and now if I call someone my number is blocked.. How do I turn it back on?

On the phone, do this: (You can also block or unblock on a per call basis)
- From the home screen, tap Phone .
- Tap , and then select Settings.
- Scroll to and tap Additional settings.
- Tap Caller ID.
- Tap the desired caller ID option:
- Network default: Send caller ID based on the network default setting
- Hide number: Never display outgoing caller ID
- Show number: Always display outgoing caller ID

Try logging on to your account on verizonwireless.com to see if it's been blocked at the account level. Or call Customer service (800-922-0204, or *611 from your phone), choose option 4 (Other) and say AGENT at the voice prompt; then have the rep check your Caller ID settings to ensure they are set the way you want.
