Im trying to get my data, contacts , pictures etc from my broken screen S2 samsung...the lady at verizon says she cant help me...what can i do!!!???

I am so sorry to hear that your device has a broken screen. To transfer information from your device you can plug your device into your computer and from your device storage you should be able to access your photos and videos. A lot of you information can be backed up with your Google account so if the device was set up for Google to back up your information once you put your Google account into your new device a good amount of information can be visible.

You can plug it into a PC and root around the directories for your photos, if the phone is in the Mass Storage mode. If it's not, there are highly technical ways to do it and not something that can be explained on this forum.
Your contacts are normally backed up to your Google account, so when you connect your new phone to Google, they should automatically download.
PSA: This is why there are programs available to backup your data. If your data is that important to you, why wouldn't you back it up?
