how to eliminate call details on voice mail

when i access voice mail it gives me call details (length of call, time of call, etc).  didn't get this before - how do i turn this off?

Change personal options press 4.

It should be listed

You need to turn off the "envelope options" - listen to the prompts for personal options until you hear envelope and turn that off.
