In all apps click on cloud.   Once in the cloud on the top left are three bars -click there. Go to whichever option you want

it don't give option to restore.... my contacts r there...I go to content restore it does not list contacts as option

Read in the help section. It said the phone has to be compatible with the service. My cloud has contacts as the 3 from the bottom and a restore button. If yours isn't there see if there's an update
