How does anyone find an actual customer service link on this site
If you are looking for the email address for customer service, you can stop. There isn't one. Calling, visiting a store, chat, Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ are the options available along with the Direct Message (private) system on the Verizon Wireless Community forum if you can get a rep to follow you.
