gs4 sim card

Just restarted my phone and my sim card is not detected. Multiple restarts and still the sim issue. I've rebooted and wiped the cache but card still not detected. First time ever having this issue.

Have you tried resetting the SIM card?  Turn off the phone, remove the SIM card (be careful not to touch the gold contacts), wait a few minutes, then reinsert the SIM card, turn the phone back on, and allow it time to detect it and establish a fresh network connection.
