HI, I have my s5 for a week now and it resets itself randomly. does any one else have this problem? if so, any resolutions? thanks!

It does it often and at random times throughout the day and night, my phone
is only 2 weeks old. I have reset it by taking the battery out. Factory
reset. It even resets without using it after the factory reset.

That's definitely not good, how long have you had it? Where was this device purchased? Have you tried to exchange for a new one under the 14 day Worry Free Guarantee?

I bought it 1/7/15 from the Verizon store in Papillion, NE have not yet
tried to exchange it
